A Shady Welcome

"Welcome, welcome~!" A short man, with a shady grin and aura, greets you, nodding his head. "Are you looking to trade some of your wares? I'll be happy to... relieve them of you, for something else, perhaps?" His dark colored eyes glint with something unknown, nearly covered by his dark colored hair. He nods to that cart beside him, grinning a little wider. "Just... take a look."
